I was under treatment for pneumonia this winter and from the drugs my weight went from 120 to 148 in a few days. When you are off the drugs, the weight goes away. Hope she is better soon.

The poor woman! She's had a lot to cope with recently(illness and her dad's passing). Hopefully she'll get on the right track looking like her own Laverne self.

Whatever the cause, being 250 pounds is a significant health threat in and of itself, especially as the weight would produce more estrogen which is not good if you are suffering from cancer. I pray that Penny will receive the very best care that exists and that people will respect privacy.
